Return Policy

In placing this order I agree to purchase the merchandise listed on the corresponding order.  I understand that this is a floor sample and not in brand new condition (UNLESS condition is listed as “New”) and therefore, may have snags, stains, loose or missing beadwork, missing extra items (i.e. sash, detachable straps, etc.) tears, missing loops, and/or other imperfections and any cleaning, repairs, or alterations will be at my expense. I agree to purchase the item(s) in its/their current condition.

 

Customers wishing to view more detailed merchandise images (other than the listed stock photo), obtain specifics on product condition or have any other questions pertaining to a particular style are more than welcome to reach out to Bella Bridal Boutique. We are happy to provide any additional information, but it is your responsibility to request it PRIOR to an order being placed, as once the order is submitted all sales are final.

Sale/sample merchandise is sold "as is" and may not be returned for refund or store credit. Upon shipping your merchandise, Bella Bridal Boutique will send tracking information to the email you provide. It is up to you to provide an accurate email address. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing after the order is placed.

 

We cannot be held responsible nor make compensation for situations outside of our control such as, but not limited to, shipping carrier closures or delays, pandemics, natural disasters, etc.
