RETURN POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO ONLINE SALE WEDDING GOWN ORDERS
- Return Window: All returns must be returned and in Bella Bridal Boutique’s possession within 14 days of order arrival.
- Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in original packaging and in unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled condition.
- Damage/Usage Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted if the garment exhibits damage, including but not limited to: smoke odors, perfume, lotion, pet hair, or physical damage (tears, stains). Returned items in this condition will be assessed upon receipt, and any adjustments will be reflected in the final refund amount.
- Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee per item.
- Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Mandatory Carrier: To ensure tracking and package insurance, all returns must be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
- Return Process: Please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly mark the RMA on the outside of the box and include a copy inside.
