STORE POLICIES

For sanitation purposes we ask that all customers come wearing underwear if planning to try on dresses. In an effort to keep our white dresses white, no outside food or drinks are allowed in store.

 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Typically bridal shops have an "All Sales are Final" policy, but we thought this was unfair and frankly - outdated. Why should you be penalized simply because you had second thoughts or changed your mind? We want you to get the dress you love along with being 100% sure about your decision. Therefore, we are happy to offer a 50% refund on any special ordered wedding gown. Cancellation policy applies to special ordered merchandise only.

 

In order to cancel your special ordered merchandise the following criteria must be met:

  1. Request to cancel your order must be emailed to info@bellabridalboutique.com within 2 business days of the invoice date.
  2. Invoice number must be included in email.
  3. As soon as an order is placed at Bella Bridal Boutique, we immediately place a special order with the designer. As with any special order, the designer does not allow it to be cancelled. As a courtesy to our customers, a 50% refund will be provided as long as you notify us via email within 2 business days. If the 2 day period has passed you will incur a cancellation fee or not be able to cancel the order.
  4.  50% refund will be applied minus any additional charges & shipping/insurance.
